I live in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah - where this coffee grows. It's single-origin Arabica grown inside a living forest: five layers, no pesticides, cherries shaded until they ripen dark purple. Our lead coffee, Catador Natural (medium roast), cupped 85 on the SCA form.
