Grown inside a living rainforest in Sabah, Malaysian Borneo — at the same latitude as Ethiopia and Panama.

Five layers of forest do the farming. Emergent trees pull minerals from 20 meters underground. The canopy shades the cherries until they turn dark purple. Honey bees from the top of the forest pollinate the crop below. No synthetic pesticides. No shortcuts.
